Raena Vigil

Raena Vigil is a mechanical engineering student at Florida Polytechnic University. She graduated from Manatee School for the Arts and State College of Florida in 2025, earning her high school diploma and an Associates in Arts. She is hoping to concentrate in aerospace engineering in the future.
Originally from Colorado, Raena moved to Florida and eventually settled around the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Being in this area helped her get in touch with her Mexican heritage as she grew.
As a previous UnidosNow FLA student, Raena strives to inspire other students— especially other latinos and women in STEM. She hopes to help guide students on their paths to success.
In her free time, you will probably find Raena drawing, playing guitar, or antiquing. She looks forward to getting more involved in UnidosNow!
Raena Vigil es una estudiante de ingeniería mecánica en Florida Polytechnic University. Se graduó de la Manatee School for the Arts y el State College of Florida en 2025, donde obtuvo su diploma de secundaria y un título de asociado en artes.
